Key issues in designing effective pay systems are discussed. Topics include: job evaluation, market pay surveys, pay structures, performance incentives, knowledge pay and employee benefits. Prerequisite(s): COMMERCE 2BC3 (or 3BC3) or 3BB3; and registration in any Commerce or Engineering and Management program. (B.Com. students – see Note 6 above.)
