This course provides a framework for establishing, revising and examining training programs in organizations. Topics include: needs assessment, development of training objectives, planning and delivery of instruction, learning principles and evaluation of training. Prerequisite(s): COMMERCE 2BC3 (or 3BC3) or 3BB3; and registration in any Commerce or Engineering and Management program. (B.Com. students – see Note 6 above.)
