COMMERCE 4FG3 FINANCIAL THEORY

This course explores the theoretical foundations of finance and their applications to corporate finance policy. Topics covered include rational investment decisions, asset pricing, efficient markets, financial decisions and the role of information in financial decision-making. Prerequisite(s): COMMERCE 3FA3 and registration in any Commerce or Engineering and Management program; or Economics 2I03 amd Economics 3G03. (B.Com. students – see Note 6 above.)
