COMMERCE 4SD3 COMMERCIAL LAW

This course emphasizes those areas of law which are most relevant to business activity. Particular attention is given to the law relating to contracts and business organizations. Other areas of study include: sources of law, the judicial process, real and personal property, torts, agency, credit and negotiable instruments. Prerequisite(s): Registration in any Commerce or Engineering and Management program. (B.Com. students – see Note 6 above.) Antirequisite(s): COMMERCE 4PD3
