HISTORY 4QR3 QUANTITATIVE RESEARCH ON MAJOR TOPICS IN HISTORY

A study of selected major topics where statistics have been prominent (for example, the emergence of modern economies, the slave trade, class and wealth, local and regional studies, crime); assessment of statistical evidence; collecting and analyzing data for a research paper. Seminar (two hours); one term  Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level IV of any Honours program in History. Departmental permission required.
