KINESIOL 3E03 NEURAL CONTROL OF HUMAN MOVEMENT

Neuromuscular control underlying human movement. Topics include basic neurophysiology, mechanisms of sensation, reflexes, voluntary movement and theories of motor control with special reference to brain function. Three hours (lectures); one term Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level III or above of an Honours Kinesiology program; or one of LIFE SCI 2C03, PNB 2XB3, PSYCH 2F03, 2N03 (or 2D03), 2NF3 and registration in Level III or above of an Honours program offered by the Department of Psychology, Neuroscience and Behaviour (See Department Note 5 above.)
