MED PHYS 4L03 HUMAN CLINICAL ANATOMY AND PHYSIOLOGY

Explores systems anatomy and physiology in disease with an emphasis on commonly observed diseases including cancer-related pathologies, cardiovascular diseases, and respiratory disorders. Discussion will be focused on disease onset, progression and potential treatments and students will use anatomical specimens, models, images, and pathological sections to gain a better understanding of the various disease states. One lecture (two hours), one lab (two hours); one term Prerequisite(s): KINESIOL 1Y03 and 1YY3 and registration in Level III or above of an Honours program in the Faculty of Science First offered in 2013-2014.
