The origin of humanity is explored: origin of Homo species, consciousness (and relevant neuroscience), language, and culture. Three lectures/seminars; one term Prerequisite(s): Credit or registration in ORIGINS 3SS3 (or 2S03); or registration in Level III or above of an Honours program in the Faculty of Science Prerequisite(s)(EFFECTIVE 2012-2013): Registration in Level III or above of an Honours program in the Faculty of Science Offered in alternate years.
