Reading and research under the supervision of two members of the Department. A major paper is required as well as a formal examination. It is the student’s responsibility to secure the agreement of an instructor and to complete a proposal form (available in the Philosophy Department office), before attempting to register in the course. Prerequisite(s): Registration in Level IV of any Honours program in Philosophy, with a Cumulative Average of at least 8.5 and permission of the Department Antirequisite(s): PHILOS 4W03
